How Merlyn Mind Saves 10 Hours a Month on RevRec with Nue

 

When Mike Kwak joined Merlyn Mind as Director, GTM Systems Engineering, he knew from experience that implementing CPQ systems could be an uphill battle.  

 

“I’d done CPQ implementations before. This was my third end-to-end in Salesforce,” Mike said. “They’re rarely smooth. But this one with Nue? It was easily one of the best I’ve ever done.”

“We now track renewal opportunities in the pipeline that give our finance and GTM teams real confidence in future forecasts,” Mike said.

 

Even the RevRec process, which had previously cost the finance team nearly a full workday each month, was dramatically improved. “We’re saving eight to ten hours a month just on reconciliation. Pulling the ARR file and reconciling books with Nue is fast and efficient.”

 

From quoting to RevRec, this is hands down one of the easiest platforms to work with. Whether I need to deactivate users or spin up a new feature, the entire platform is user-friendly.”
