Drop 6 of Two Minute Tuesdays — a weekly demo series from Nue about agentic revenue architecture. Every Tuesday at 8 AM PT.
Ask any RevOps leader how long it takes to get a new pricing rule into the CPQ. The honest answer is measured in days, not minutes.
The rule itself takes five minutes to define. "When a discount goes over 20%, warn the seller it needs approval; over 30%, flag it for VP sign-off." That's the whole spec. The work that follows is the project: writing it into the system as custom code, testing it, moving it through change management, deploying it.
This is the pricing backlog problem. Teams carry stacks of logic they want to enforce, stuck in the queue because implementation is expensive.
Here's how it works in Nue AI. A RevOps leader opens the plugin chatbot and describes the rule in plain English. Nue AI builds the plugin from that description, sets the notification and approval thresholds, and writes the code, no coding knowledge required.
Before anything goes live, the leader asks Nue AI to check the new plugin against the existing library, and it surfaces any trigger conflicts and execution-order issues. The leader reviews, adjusts if needed, and deploys to the price book.
The seller sees the result inline: a notification at a low discount, a warning when the discount climbs into approval territory, and an error calling for VP sign-off at the top of the range. Each message changes the look of the quote line so nothing gets missed.
The rules that matter most, the ones that protect margin, enforce compliance, or reflect deal desk policy, can now be built by the people who own them, even if they have never configured a CPQ.
The work that used to take multiple days now takes minutes.
Every Tuesday, we'll send you a two-minute walkthrough of one benefit of revenue architecture in practice — not a vision deck, not a slide, just a product doing the work. The first stretch focuses on AI-native CPQ. After that, we keep going.
