Drop 5 of Two Minute Tuesdays — a weekly demo series from Nue about revenue architecture. Every Tuesday at 8 AM PT.

There's a moment in almost every deal cycle that determines whether you keep the momentum or lose it. The prospect wants a number before they commit more time. Not the formal proposal, a credible budgetary figure they can take to whoever signs off.

What happens next is the part most revenue teams have stopped measuring, because measuring it would mean admitting how long a real number takes to produce.

Open the CPQ. Find the opportunity. Build the quote. Configure the products. Set the term and the seat count. Apply the discount. Generate the document.

In the best case, that sequence takes 15 minutes. In a typical scenario, it's the following morning, by which point the moment has cooled.

This week's Two Minute Tuesday does it in one conversation.

Describe the deal, the quote is done

Here's what the sequence looks like in Nue AI. An AE describes the quote in plain language: a 12-month quote for Nue Pro, 40 seats, starting May 1, on the opportunity that's already open, at a 20% discount. Nue AI confirms the opportunity, returns an interactive summary instead of a wall of text, and renders the budgetary quote preview right in the chat. Total discount, line items, terms, all of it visible and saveable.

The AE reviews the number. Adjusts if needed. The preview is live, so iterating costs nothing.

Then the prospect wants to see it at 30%. The AE asks for a second version and a comparison, and Nue AI builds the new preview and lays both quotes out in one table.

No cloning. No spreadsheet. No tab switching.

The work that used to take 15 minutes and four screens now takes one conversation. The rep puts a credible number in front of the prospect while the moment is still warm, and keeps the deal moving.

Every Tuesday, we'll send you a two-minute walkthrough of one benefit of revenue architecture in practice — not a vision deck, not a slide, just a product doing the work. The first stretch focuses on AI-native CPQ. After that, we keep going.
