The March 2026 release gives teams more control over subscriptions, tax, and self-serve commerce with less operational friction.

These updates make it easier to manage renewals and expansion inside the quoting workflow, handle tax automatically across the full quote-to-cash cycle, and keep self-serve subscriptions and billing in sync.

Here's what's new:

  • Manage existing subscriptions directly in the Quote Line Editor
  • AI-powered subscription insights and guided mid-term changes in Lifecycle Manager
  • Native tax automation with Anrok
  • Synchronous payment processing for self-serve orders
  • Plus a host of additional improvements across quoting, e-signature, billing, and integrations

Let's break it down.

Manage Renewals and Expansion Without Leaving the Quote

Sales reps can now see and manage a customer's existing subscriptions without leaving the quote. A new Manage Existing Subscriptions button opens a side panel inside the Quote Line Editor, listing all contracted subscriptions on the account and guiding reps to update existing ones rather than creating duplicates.

From there, reps can queue renewals, quantity updates, price adjustments, and upsells, review the full impact, and apply everything to the quote at once.

You can now:

  • View all active and ended subscriptions for an account directly inside the Quote Line Editor
  • Update quantity, adjust price, renew, or upsell from a single workspace
  • Queue multiple subscription changes and review before applying
  • Prevent duplicate subscriptions by modifying existing lines instead of creating new ones

Use Case: A renewal manager is preparing a quote that also requires some mid-term cleanup, including price adjustments and small quantity corrections. Instead of navigating to Lifecycle Manager to find the right subscription, they open Manage Existing Subscriptions in the Quote Line Editor, work through each subscription card, and queue every change. A single review screen summarizes all pending updates before they apply everything to the quote at once.

Make Mid-Term Subscription Changes with AI Guidance

RevOps teams can now access a time-based, hierarchical view of all subscriptions across customers from a new Subscriptions page in Lifecycle Manager. Filter by customer, product, and snapshot date to see exactly what a customer's subscription stack looks like on any given day, including full bundle hierarchies, child subscriptions, assets, and entitlements.

When Nue AI is enabled, clicking the Sparkle icon on any subscription row opens the Customer Chatbot pre-scoped to that subscription, where teams can request mid-term changes in natural language and let Nue build a valid change cart automatically.

Automate Tax Across the Entire Quote-to-Cash Cycle with Anrok

Nue now supports a native integration with Anrok, bringing real-time tax calculation into every stage of the revenue cycle. Once connected, Nue automatically calculates sales tax, VAT, and GST across quotes, orders, invoices, and credit memos using product-level tax modes and customer location data to ensure accuracy at every step.

Finalized invoices sync to Anrok as permanent transactions, keeping billing and tax records aligned for downstream filing and audit without manual reconciliation.

Keep Self-Serve Payments and Billing in Sync

Nue now supports synchronous payment processing for self-serve orders, confirming payment with Stripe before any order, invoice, or subscription changes are committed. If payment succeeds, everything activates together in a single transaction. If payment fails, nothing is recorded and the order stays in Draft for a clean retry.

This eliminates common self-serve failures like ghost subscriptions and mismatched billing records, giving teams confidence that revenue data is accurate from the moment a customer checks out.

More in This Release

In addition to the highlights above, the March release also includes:

Publish Everything for Self-Service Catalogs

Admins can now publish all active products, price tags, and product relationships to self-service in a single click, with auto-publish and republish settings that keep the catalog in sync as changes are made.

Standardized DocuSign Workflows

System admins can now define signing order and recipient controls at the template level, so contracts always route to the right stakeholders in the right sequence without manual per-envelope setup.

Instant Validation Messages in the Line Editor

Pricing plugins can now surface error and warning messages the moment a rep edits a quote line, so critical issues are caught in context rather than missed behind the bell icon.

Cleaner Renewal Quotes with Uplift

A new Apex Global Service lets teams merge renewal and uplift into a single change line for ERP and order form outputs, while preserving separate lines in Nue for ARR and NRR reporting.

Smarter Bundle Configuration

The bundle configurator now shows only the pricing attributes relevant to each bundle, reducing visual clutter and configuration errors on complex deals.

Multi-Select Picklists in the Quote Line Editor

Reps can now select multiple attributes in a single dropdown step, replacing manual text entry for attribute-heavy products.

Salesforce External Client App Integration

Nue's Salesforce integration now uses External Client Apps, ensuring compatibility with Spring 2026 and beyond.

Bringing the Revenue Lifecycle Together

Revenue teams today manage constant subscription changes, global tax complexity, and self-serve commerce, often across systems that don't talk to each other.

Nue’s March 2026 release continues collapsing those workflows into one, bringing subscription management into quoting, automating tax across the full revenue cycle, and ensuring self-serve payments and billing stay in sync from the start.
